Return Policy
New & Used Media: (Vinyl, CD's, DVD's, Cassettes)
New media may be returned if unopened, in resellable condition, and within 30 days of purchase accompanied with a receipt. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same title.
Used media is guaranteed against defect for 15 days from purchase and can be exchanged for another used media item or in-store credit. Used LP's, CD's, and DVD's must have the original Down In The Valley price tag still attached to the item to be considered for exchange. If no price tag is attached, the item will be exchanged at the lowest used price on the receipt. All Sales Final on all sidewalk discounted items and aer ineligible for exchange or return.
Record Store Day/Black Friday Exclusive Items can only be returned for refund within 3 days of the event date (release date) accompanied with a receipt.
Audio Components & Accessories (Turntables, Preamps, speakers, cables, receivers, etc) may only be returned in unopened and in resellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Resellable condition includes the box, packaging, and all other items included with the item. Defective Components & Accessories will be replaced with the same item or in-store credit.
Merchandise: (everything excluding media, jewelry, and smoking accessories)
Refunds will only be given if accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days. The items must be in new, resellable condition for any return on these items. Items without a receipt can be exchanged for other items or in-store credit.
Clothing Must be in new condition. Washed, worn, or items with smoke smell are ineligible for returns.
Books Must be in new condition including the cover, dust jacket, and pages.
Jewelry/Body Jewelry: These items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Smoking Accessories: These items are ineligible for return or exchange. Smoking Accessories include everything sold in the smoking sections in each location including but not limited to: detox, mood products, CBD, etc...
