Credit Card Payments: 
All credit card retail orders must be completed online through our shopping cart or over the phone the Credit card billing and shipping address must match in order to complete checkout through our shopping cart. 

Email Confirmations: 
When you complete an order online with us you will receive email an confirmation for your order and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships. 

Shipping: 
All orders are shipped discretely under the name "DITV" through www.UPS.com and www.USPS.com. We ship Monday through Friday, the cut off shipping time is 3pm Central Standard time. You can calculate your shipping cost with the shipping calculator in your shopping cart. 

Next Business Day Shipping: 
When you choose our ultra-fast next business day shipping option, you should be aware of a few limitations: 

Overnight shipping is not available for international shipments or for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed before 3 p.m. Central time (5 p.m. Eastern time and 1 p.m. Pacific time) on a business day will be delivered the next business day. For example, orders placed prior to 3 p.m. Central time on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, while orders placed after 3 p.m. Central time on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, if you want Saturday delivery it's an additional charge of 20.00 please call us if you need Saturday delivery at 763-544-0033. Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Business days do not include holidays. We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays, and work stoppages or delays.
